What we can help with

The most common question we get is size confirmation. If you tell us your vehicle's year, make and model — or send the numbers from your door-jamb placard — we will confirm the correct fitment before you order. We can also advise on load index and speed rating requirements, which must be matched or exceeded when replacing tires.

We can also help with choosing between seasonal options for your climate, checking whether a tire carries the 3PMSF severe-snow certification, comparing UTQG treadwear grades and warranty mileage across models, and confirming availability across the sizes of a given model line.

Order and delivery questions

For an existing order, quote your order number and we will look it up. Delivery costs and timescales are set out in our shipping policy. If a tire needs to go back, our returns policy explains the return window, the condition requirements and how refunds are processed.
