Where we ship

We ship across the country — standard shipping to the contiguous United States with DHL. For other destinations, contact us for a quote before ordering.

Minimum order

Orders have a minimum of 4 tires (sizes can be mixed). Shipping tires in sets is what keeps our per-tire prices low — see the FAQ for details.

Costs

Shipping costs, if any, are calculated in the cart and shown before you place your order — the total at checkout is the total you pay.

Handling and delivery time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment. Delivery typically takes 2–6 business days depending on your location. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your tires are on the way.

How tires arrive

Tires ship individually or strapped in pairs/sets via ground freight carriers. No signature is usually required, but the carrier may leave larger sets with a neighbor or require someone present — tracking will tell you.

Damaged in transit?

Inspect your tires on arrival. If anything looks damaged, note it with the carrier if possible and contact us within 48 hours with photos — we will arrange a replacement or refund per our Returns & Refund Policy.

Delays

If an item is unexpectedly out of stock or delayed, we will notify you by email within 2 business days with the option to wait, switch to a comparable tire, or cancel for a full refund.
