1. Who we are

This website is operated by K&B AUTOMOTIVE LLC, 7860 Romaine St, West Hollywood, CA 90046-7221, United States ("we", "us"). Contact: info@extrabrake.com. These Terms govern all orders placed through this website.

2. Products and pricing

All products are new, unused tires as described on the product page with manufacturer specifications. All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). The total price — including shipping and any applicable taxes — is displayed before you place your order. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors; if we do so after you order, you may cancel for a full refund.

3. Ordering and payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. Payment is processed securely by Stripe, either at checkout or via a payment link emailed to you. We never store your card details. Orders may be cancelled by us where payment fails, stock is unavailable, or fraud is suspected — any amount paid will be refunded in full.

4. Shipping and delivery

Shipping methods, costs and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Risk passes to you on delivery. Please inspect tires on arrival and report transport damage within 48 hours.

5. Returns and refunds

Returns are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: unmounted, unused tires in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery; mounted tires cannot be returned as new.

6. Warranties

All tires carry the manufacturer's warranty (e.g. treadwear/workmanship). Warranty claims are handled per the manufacturer's process; we will assist you in filing a claim. Nothing in these Terms limits warranties or rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Fitment responsibility

Tire specifications (size, load index, speed rating) are provided on every product page. You are responsible for confirming the tire matches your vehicle's requirements as stated in your vehicle handbook or door placard. If in doubt, contact us before ordering — we are happy to check.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for damage caused by improper mounting, use outside manufacturer specifications, or failure to observe load/speed ratings. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Privacy

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disputes and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business (CA, United States). We aim to resolve any complaint amicably — please contact us first. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in force when you order applies to that order.
