2. What we collect and why

• Order data (name, email, phone, shipping address, purchased items): to fulfil your order, send order emails, and meet legal record-keeping obligations. Kept as long as required by tax/commercial law.
• Payment data: processed entirely by Stripe, Inc. as payment processor — we never receive or store your card number. See Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
• Contact messages: to answer your inquiry.
• Technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited): server logs for security and troubleshooting; analytics and advertising cookies as described below and in the Cookie Policy.

3. Service providers

We share data only with providers needed to run the shop: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email delivery), our hosting provider, shipping carriers (name/address for delivery), and — where enabled — analytics/advertising platforms (Google, Meta, Microsoft). We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies and advertising

We use cookies necessary for the cart and checkout to function, and optional analytics/advertising cookies (Google Analytics/Ads, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Advertising) to measure our marketing. 5. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR, CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, object to or restrict processing, and opt out of targeted advertising. All traffic is TLS-encrypted. Access to order data is restricted to authorized staff. Payment card data never touches our servers.

7. Children

This site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
